技术参数输入电压 : 220V输入功率 : 2*500W硫化温度 : 145.C-150.C硫化时间每（3mm）=10分钟在本机使用情况下修补面积 : 100*80mm2单台毛/净重 ：12.5kg左右单台包装尺寸 ：54*12*32cm补 胎 方 法1、将轮胎需要补的伤口表面处理干净，做好记号。Clean the tire surface around the wound and mark.2、用打磨机将伤口表面打毛，面积略大于伤口。Roughen the wound surface with grinding machine and roughen area is slightly larger than the wound.3、将生胶与汽油调好的胶浆（或用热补胶水）用毛刷均匀地涂在打毛处。Scribble the glue combined with raw rubber and gasoline( or hot repair glue) evenly on the roughen area with a brush.4、剪好适当大小的生胶，将它填补在伤口上，如果伤口较大，将生胶重叠一下。Cut the appropriate size raw rubber and put it on the wound. Overlap the raw rubber if the wound is large.5、将烫头压在生胶上（如果可能可以在生胶上垫上一层薄的铝板或铁板），尽量将伤口对准烫头的中央，压紧丝杆，固定好轮胎。Make the hot head press on raw rubber (if possible,pad a thin layer of aluminum or iron on the raw rubber), try to align the wound with the center of hot head, pressscrew, fix tires.6、硫化结束时（大约10分钟，硫化时间根据硫化面积而定），人工关掉电源开关，松掉压胎丝杆，卸下轮胎，完成整个补胎过程。Turn off the power switch with hand after vulcanizing.loose tire pressure screw, remove the tires, and complete the entire tire repair process.产品特点：恒温型质量稳定性1.本机自动恒温，可双面加热，采用丝杆式压紧。The machine automatic thermostat,double-sided heating, use screw-type compression.2.本机是夹附在轮胎上进行修补的，同时随机配有8件 套模具，完全满足轮胎任意位置修补的需要（如：胎肩、胎冠、胎侧），只需选择相应模具即可。This machine clip or attach on the tire to repair with eight sets of molds.
